Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview

ThroneRank is a competitive leaderboard platform operated by CL Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company. Users participate by making voluntary monetary contributions to climb the global and group rankings. By accessing or using ThroneRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. No Refunds — All Contributions Final

All contributions made through ThroneRank are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable. Once a contribution is processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded except at the sole and absolute discretion of CL Group LLC in cases of verified platform error (such as a duplicate charge caused by a technical fault on our side).

By making a contribution, you expressly waive any right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of charges with your financial institution or payment provider. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, recovery of amounts disputed, and legal action.

3. Nature of Contributions — Not Gambling

Contributions made on ThroneRank are voluntary competitive participations in a leaderboard ranking system. They do not constitute:

• The purchase of goods, services, or any tangible value
• An investment, debt obligation, or ownership interest in CL Group LLC
• A tax-deductible charitable donation, unless explicitly stated in writing
• A wager, bet, lottery entry, or any form of gambling

No prizes, monetary rewards, or economic benefits are awarded to any user for ranking position. The leaderboard provides social recognition only. CL Group LLC does not operate a lottery, sweepstake, or gambling service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on ThroneRank are the exclusive property of CL Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting a username, profile phrase, or any other content to the platform, you grant CL Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use such content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it by deleting your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CL Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of ThroneRank, including but not limited to:

• Loss of ranking position due to contributions by other users
• Account suspension or termination
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any other losses related to your participation

In any event, the total aggregate liability of CL Group LLC to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount contributed by you to ThroneRank in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Specifically, we do not warrant that: (a) the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted; (b) any defects or errors will be corrected; (c) the platform is free of harmful components, including viruses or malware; or (d) the results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable.

6. Social Initiatives

CL Group LLC may, at its sole discretion, direct a portion of contributions toward social or charitable initiatives. The Company does not guarantee a fixed percentage, specific beneficiary, or timeline for such contributions. Any such allocation is a voluntary internal decision and does not create any additional rights for users, alter the non-refundable nature of contributions, or constitute a charitable solicitation.

7. User Conduct

By using ThroneRank, you agree not to:

• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes
• Use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods
• Manipulate rankings through coordinated abuse, automated bots, or collusion
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the platform
• Use the platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
• Access the platform from any country subject to applicable sanctions or trade embargoes
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

CL Group LLC reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to cooperate with law enforcement as required.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CL Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of ThroneRank, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

9. Account Termination

CL Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the platform, its users, or the Company. No refund will be issued upon termination, regardless of the reason. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data handling upon termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ThroneRank and make contributions. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

11. Prohibited Jurisdictions

The platform is intended for use only in jurisdictions where such competitive contribution platforms are lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ThroneRank complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You may not use ThroneRank if you are located in, or are a resident of, any country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

12. Force Majeure

CL Group LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

13. User Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you provide to ThroneRank, including account data, payment information, and any other content submitted to the platform. CL Group LLC is not liable for any losses, errors, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized information provided by you. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate at all times.

14. No Obligation to Monitor

CL Group LLC has no obligation to monitor user-generated content, activity, or conduct on the platform. While we reserve the right to investigate and act upon violations of these Terms, we do not actively monitor all activity and are not liable for content, actions, or omissions of any user. The presence of any content on the platform does not constitute an endorsement by CL Group LLC.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of ThroneRank shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

Time Limitation on Claims: Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ThroneRank must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For minor changes (clarifications, formatting), we will update the effective date above. For material changes (new fees, altered liability, new obligations), we will require your affirmative re-acceptance before you can continue using the platform. Continued use after non-material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CL Group LLC regarding your use of ThroneRank, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
